Called in sick today
Scratchy throat and an ugly cough. Yuck!
Stayed at home and worked on my "pimp my bat" entry for boneyard blast :)
Done wt the stones! Now just gotta figure out how to make it stand :)

Lucky Paper Stars (origami)
I like to keep busy (like i DONT have a kajillion art projects going on) and thought of different ways to be creative...like, painting, crocheting, knitting, etc...
Painting can not be done with multi tasking (i.e. sitting in the car).
crocheting and knitting seemed easy too, but, nah. i'll let my mom do all that lol. seems pretty time consuming, plus i dont think i'd use the stuff i knitted.
so, i loooove paper, and looove origami!
i remember back in the day in middle school when people use to fold strips of paper into stars and store them in a jar. it looks really pretty!
So, i made a buncha paper strips. (.5" X 12") i used my construction paper.
they do sell these online and most likely in craft stores, but hey, this is free!
And I got to folding to make the stars.....
and I folded more stars....
and i folded even more stars...
then i realized...what the heck am i gonna do with all these stars?? lol
Light bulb:
Put them in a jar, duh!!
another Light Bulb:
Use it during the baby's party as a game! (Guess how many Lucky Stars are in the Jar...Best guess wins a prize!) How fun would that be!

Maria and Joes Bday at Bar None SF

We hung out and celebrated at Bar None on Union St in SF.
Gotta admit ~ NOT drinking at a bar is pretty lame :/ but still it was good times!

Great day to bake a cake
Had the glucose testing today...that sugar drink wasnt bad.. Tasted like flat 7up :)

Fetal4D Ultrasound Pics
24 Weeks Along

These were taken at Fetal4d in Millbrae, Ca.
We had so much fun!
After seeing the 2D ultrasound, we wanted to see more of our baby :)
This was 1 of 2 visits for the 3D/4D Ultrasound (the second visit will be done later on in the pregnancy).
We were super excited to bring our parents and grandparents along to watch the show too :)
We had a special surprise for our family that came ~ we were going to find out the gender of our baby!! (hey, might as well get our moneys worth, right? hehe)
and....drum roll please!!
