New neighbor in our complex

For the past 2 weeks, we've seen this raccoon in the gutter in front of our condo.
It just sits there. There's 2 different 'coons. Theres this grey and white one. Theres also a golden brown and white one. The brown one is pretty fat, could be pregnant.
Whenever we walk our dog Beans, we always have to peek down the gutter to see if the coon's there. Lol.
Beans barks at it, and it goes away.
